How does this sound? I'm currently builking obviously. Started at around 192-195ish and am currently at 214. Bench has gone from 165x5 for my final set to 195x5 in 5 weeks. I see no problems hitting 205 on Monday. I kinda tweaked my back again, so I'm laying off the squats and deads until it recovers fully. Anyways, comments on what I'm eating and any adjustments I should make? 350ishg carbs 275g protein 150g fat I thought I was getting more gs of fat than that but apparently not. Here's what I've eaten today. I try and eat 5 500 calorie meals and then have 4 500 calorie shakes. 11:00 6 oz steak w/ bbq sauce, 1/2 can corn with 1 tblsp butter 12:15 Shake w/ 3/4 cup oats, 1 tblsp natty pb, 1.5 scoops whey, 1.5 cups milk 3:15 Same shake 5:00 2 chicken breasts 6:00 Shake 7:30 3 eggs scrambled w/ 4 pieces toast, 1 tblsp butter. I usually have 5 eggs but I only had 3 left 8:15 Shake The other two meals of tonight shall be: 2.5 cups pasta w/ 1/2 cup sauce 1 can tuna plus 1/2 cup mac and cheese (bought 9 boxes on sale at Wal Mart) I'm actually not that hungry today. I woke up at 3 this morning starving and had one of my larger steaks and the other half can of corn and threw down a a shake.
