Diet/Timing Question

    If you guys are doing cardio after you lift while cutting, do you take your pwo shake before or after the cardio?

    Also, besides fish oil/flax seed supps what else are you main sources for healthy fats? (just chicken and maybe egg yolks?)

    Shake then cardio?? Sounds like insta-vomit to me. I don't think it would be that critical if you just waited until after the cardio. I'm no expert but, from what I've read before you really should do no more than 15-20mins of cardio after lifting anyway.


    Olive oil is another decent source of fat.
