so, Lean chicken breast, with a can of low sodium V8 for when i cant cook veggies. yay or nay?
What do you mean, when you can't cook? Work situation or??
some times i dont have time to go nuke the brocholi.. i can stuff down cold chicken. but not cold veggies..
i don't know much about V8 except that it is extremely high in sodium.. however, i think that they have some less sodium type of V8 now..

If you have a crock pot, you can check some recipes. Just throw some meat in there, lots of veggies, soy sauce and bovril and you're set.

Maybe consider one of those Greens+ products instead of V8. I sometimes add it to my vanilla musclemilk.
OT: How is vanilla MM?
