I'm currently trying to put on weight, so is my calorie intake supposed to be the same on training days and resting days? I'm currently eating 3,500 cals on training days and 3,000 on rest days. I'm making good gains off of it, but weight is not moving up anymore.

those are about my requirements. I moved up my intake and both days and had not problem putting on more weight.

if ya plateau, eat more...seems to work

Yea it makes sense to eat slightly less on non-training days. Up the calories on both though if your weight loss stalls though.
