been on it for 2 weeks now and i think i've only lost 2 fuckin pounds.... but I didn't weigh myself at the same times so I have no idea how accurate it is.

    2200cals/50+fat/150+/-carbs/230+-protein

the +/- is give or take 5-10 grams...

All carbs come from either brown rice, oatmeal and little from veggies. Protein is coming straight from Whey, Chicken, Fish, Eggs. Fats coming from olive oil and little here and there in the chicken, eggs, almonds...

    Shouldn't I be losing a little faster?

    btw I'm 5'10 183# today. Started it at 185#

    workout has been

    m:legs
    t:chest/tris
    w:off:
    th:back/bis
    f:shoulders

abs m,w,f and cardio 30min elliptical and 10 treadmill walking uphill everyday...

No :wtc: Weaker. I wouldn't say weaker really, I just had a bad squat day I guess. I did chest yesterday and although I fatigued quick, I didn't drop down in weight...

Yah I had a serving of beans last night. I only have rice once a day, after workout 1 cup...so the rest of the carbs are coming from other various foods... oatmeal mainly... but I do need to intake more fiber for sure.

too many calories for your weight IMO. I would shoot for 1800-2000. Try to step the carbs back to ~100.

Also, man the fuck up and do cardio on wed and sat, long duration, low intensity.

    Hell ya.

Ok, trying to stay around 2000-2100 range, lower carbs, up fats a little.... 30 min elliptical after workout, 1hr walking on treadmill before bed, very low intensity.

We'll see how I look in about 4 or 5 weeks. Maybe I'll take pic in 6 weeks.

one gallon, give or take some ounces obviously.

I have a 20oz bottle I take to work. I drink about 3-4 of those at work....than ~3 during my workout, then probably another 2 or so after.... I don't use it at home that's why I don't know how much for sure...
