    I'm 5'10'' @ 183-185lbs, I would say roughly 10%bf.

trying to lean up for summer obviously.

Gym 4-5 days a week, pretty intense workouts. Cardio after every workout for 30min.

    7am
    2 x eggs
    5 egg whites
3/4 cup oats (not every day, maybe 3 times a week at most)

    10am
2 x turkey patties (170 cals each, 23g prot. each)
1 cup french cut green beans (40cals, 2g fiber)

    1pm
    2 x turkey patties
1 cup brown rice (170 cals, 28g carbs, 2g fiber)
r cup french cut green beans

    4pm
2 x turkey patties (170 cals each, 23g prot. each)
1 cup french cut green beans (40cals, 2g fiber)

    workout

    7pm

    5 egg whites

    Thats it.

You may want to vary up your protein sources, looks like you only have 2.

Yah, I was gonna put down what I eat besides turkey but i didn't wanna search for the nutritional facts.

I also eat 6oz. tuna packages as a protein source, as well as chicken breast

    come on bro :nono:

Like I said, I don't eat turkey every fuckin meal, I don't have the patience to make that many burgers, hahah. It was easier than finding the nutritional facts on the other shit I eat

Looks pretty good. You might want to add in some PWO whey and get at least ONE fruit source in there.

I know fruit is not typically conducive to cutting, but you're a long way out from summer. Wait until the last 6 weeks of your cut to knock out fruits. Maybe instead of 3/4 cup oats eat 1/2 cup and instead of 1 cup brown rice eat 1/2 cup brown rice. This will save you about 30-35g of carbs which you can now put towards a Large apple, large banana, or some other fruit (I also like 100% natural prunes).

Overall cals/carbs will not be affected, and you'll have at least one fruit source in the diet.

It's monotonous, but if you like it stick with it. Only thing I'd do is switch meals 3 and 4 so you have the carbs from the brown rice closer to workout. I'd also agree with slamming some whey post workout as well. Also, for the last meal, swap a couple more whites for whole eggs. It'll keep you fuller through the night.
