Diet Log 2.0 - Leaning out for summer

    I'm doing a diet/workout log for the next 16 weeks. I finished my last diet in Nov. So I had around 3 months "off" to bulk. I want to diet down this time so I can actually enjoy being lean in the summer. I will be updating this regularly.

    The diet starting out will be
    3 high days per week
    1 med day
    3 low days
    workout 4 days a week (3 high and 1 med)
    cardio of all med and low days, 30 min a pop.
    as progress slows I will lose high days and get more med and low days and more cardio...yippee.

    I am also going to try to bring up my conditioning level for my day at DeFranco's in June/July.

    I'll be doing this soon, but I switched up my routine and started eating a ton of carbs and I'm getting gains for the first time in like a year so I don't want to get of this train :rofl:

    Dont ask me why but I am into high rep compound movement bullshit right now. I love it...Hopefully it will help my conditioning....

    fucked up my left knee doing God knows what...still tried to squat, it wasn't happening so I just did some unilateral legs stuff, hammies and calves...

    okay day just pissed about the knee...maybe will get some ART on it.,

    not yet, sometimes before the gym for energy as I get further into my diet I will get more into the thermos...
