MMA Diet help

    So yeah guys, Ive been trying to get a decent diet together. For now Im just kind of eating in moderation and not going overboard on stuff. I was doing some research and put this meal plan together. Im 6 feet tall 195 lbs and im trying to cut down to 170lbs. Wanted to get some insight on this diet and what I should add/take away.

    Meal 1 - Breakfast
    Flaxeed Oil 15
    1 Cups of Protein 150
    1 Cup of Oats 389

    Meal 2 - Mid Morning Shake
    1 Scoops of Protein 150
    Flaxeed Oil 15
    Bannana 89

    Meal 3 - Mid morning Snack
    Wholemeal rice 362
    Chicken Breast 119
    Flaxeed Oil 15

    Meal 4 - Lunch
    Sweet Potato 105
    Chicken Breast 119
    Green Beans 80

    Meal 5 - Pre weight lifting
    1 Scoops of Protein Powder 150
    Bannana 89

    Meal 6 - Post work out
    1 Scoops of Protein 150
    1 Apple 59

    Meal 7 - Dinner
    Tuna Sandwich
    Side Salad

    How much alcohol and shit foods ie: Chocolate, fast food etc do you eat?

    You could substitute tuna, eggs for some of your protein powders so it won't be all chicken breasts and maybe add some other fruit types in.

    Add another meal about an hour after post workout shake that is something like salmon and a side salad and you're good.

    do I even really need the flaxeed oil?
