    Here's what I'm allergic to:

    Almond
    Asparagus
    Avocado
    Bean, Green
    Bean, Yellow Wax
    Brazil Nut
    Cantaloupe
    Celery
    Cherry
    Chili Pepper
    Eggplant
    Garlic
    Grapefruit
    Lemon
    Lettuce
    Lime
    Milk, Cow
    Onion
    Orange
    Parsley
    Pepper, Black
    Pepper, Green
    Pineapple
    Potato, Sweet
    Potato, White
    Pumpkin
    Radish
    Sesame
    Tangerine
    Tomato
    Yam

According to the lab the milk result means I'm allergic to whey, but casein should be ok.

So, that being said, I used to love the fuck out of muscle milk and ON Whey, well can't have those anymore, so I guess it's casein and egg protein from now on.

    Suggestions for good casein/egg powders?

meh, most of those you can do without anyway. All you need really is meats, eggs, complex carbs and good fats (pb, olive oil etc).

the most important thing in there that you're allergic to is milk...the almonds too are important.

Can you ahve any lactose? Alot of whey powder is 99%+ lactose free, so you should be good, and you can live without milk. There are a few brolies here who don't drink the moo milk and do well.

If you can have walnuts and almonds and macadamias, stick to those for nuts..

for a fiberous vegetable, can you eat squash? I see you're allergic to pumpkin, but if you can eat spaghetti/butternut squashes that's a plus.

    Formulate a diet around:

Proteins = eggs, chicken, turkey, lean ham, beef

Fats = peanut butter, olives, olive oil, eggs, beef

Salads = Instead of lettuce use cabbage, carrot, chives

    Fruits = banana, apple, mango

Vegetables = cabbage, squash, zucchini, edamame, black beans, lentils

Grains = Whole grain pasta, whole grain rice, oats

All those allergies suck, but you could still create a solid diet out of all the above.
