What role does Fiber play in your diet guys?
it helps you to develop a personal bond between yourself and the toilet
Don't know if I am doing this wrong, so it will be interesting to hear responses from more credible sources -- but I don't care at all about fiber. I count carbs, calories, proteins ONLY. Trying to keep my bulking diet to be about 40% protein, 50% carbs, 10% fats (and even that, the good kind of fats like the one in peanut butter).

I laughed out loud.
Alot of people counting carbs take note of fiber as well,
And very few people get any fiber at all.
I add in a bit of Psyllium Husk when I feel my diet is lacking.
Anybody supp fiber on a regular basis? I've been thinking about it to keep everything... flowing... when bulking.
Im starting tomorrow. Ive never been constipated in my life and dont much feel like starting now.
I wouldn't sup it unless you know you don't get enough. It's not hard to eat enough fiber in one day.
During my cutting diet when I eat a ton of fiber to control hunger and calories, I can set my watch with my poops. Fiber = teh win.
