Diet Critique(bulking w/ meal breakdown)

    I'm shooting for 2800-3000 calories a day. Starting out closer to 2,800 and if I"m not making much progress I can bump it up.
    The foods in my everyday diet will stay the same for the most part but I will have some variety. Hitting the Macro #'s everyday is whats important.

    Note - on non training days. I will probably bump the carbs and overall calls down a little. Maybe something like 2600 cal and 200 carb, could bring the pro down some as well.

    I was shooting for around 300g Protein, 250g Carb & ~70g Fat every day.

    For numbers I'll list them as Cal/Fat/Pro/Carb/Fiber


    Currently 6' ~185lbs @ roughtly 9% BF or so.

    Edit: Carbs are low b/c I seem to be insulin resistant which BDR has posted about before. I keep them around that range and I should be ok(not crash, feel tired & sluggish ect or gain fat quickly.)

    Fastest absorbing available to my knowledge. Plus no sugar and I get no bloat or anything from it.
