So with nothing in it but flavored salt and C02, a while ago i decided diet coke would be the best thing for me to drink when i needed something with flavor. A couple days ago though, i ran across this article. http://www.emaxhealth.com/11/586.html Looking back.. my fat loss hasnt been all too great, and though it could just be me fooling myself into beleiving that, i think diet coke is the cause. I drink it practically all the time. Is there any truth to the article?
