Didn't want to train last night so...

    I hate training by myself. I just don't like it. Anyway, my buddy Johnny was training a client and they were going to deadlift a little. The client worked up to 430 for a single. My buddy missed 430. So, I pull it for 10 with no belt and RAW!! It took me like 10 minutes to catch my breath!! High rep deads will kick your ass!!

    I love deadlifting. I have either allergies or a cold, so Im staying out of the gym for a few days as two not spread it.

    Raw usually is belt only no DL suit. But turbohobit pulled with no belt

    this is like how people have said that Kaz used to walk into college football gyms for seminars/whatever, walk over to whoever on the team was benching, pick up the bar off the bench with 225/315/etc on it, curl it, and throw it on the floor to scare the shit out of everyone :rofl:

    What Kaz used to do is actually go up to college football players squatting 405 or so, take it out of the rack and then overhead press it. With no leg drive.

    Lots of stories of him doing shit like that.
