A&P Didn't realize how hard it was going to be to shoot this......

    Went to a show Saturday night to see a local band play. Of course the lighting was pretty shitty.....but I didn't realize how hard it was going to be just to take a few simple pictures. In some pics I had to slow the shutter to 1/5 just to get anything out of the pic. :noes: I ended up just experimenting to see what I could get out of it all........a few came out decent and cool. I am sure a tripod would have helped out some too.

    Suggestions welcome for this type of shooting.....

    Try a 50mm 1.8/1.4 and higher iso

    Wouldn't capture half the pic with the 50mm.......gotta be back a ways to get the same overall shot. And that ain't gonna come out with the shitty "flashlight like" lighting I had to work with.

    without a flash or decent lighting, thats what you're going to get.
