what was your reason?
Washington State does not require any reason.
Just put self de fence
theres a kfc within driving distance of my domicile and work place
negatory, not for FL or LA
I had to go in front of a review board. Reason given: personal protection
Just quote Clint Smith; “Some people just need to be shot!”
Connecticut does, I think I put self defense on mine but that was years ago. Could always put in there "2nd Amendment."
No reason required in TX.
No reason needed in my county in NC
No reason needed in Oregon.
Not in TX. However I went to the local police station to get my prints done. I was BS'ing with the officer who was doing my prints, and his response when I told him why I needed the prints was:
Not in GA.
No reason needed here, I don't think.
I sent them 60 bucks...that was reason enough

virginia requires nothing of this sort
California requires one and self defense as cause doesn't fly in most counties.
One county does not have any sheriff's deputies on duty after 10pm so the Sheriff will accept "no expected law enforcement response". He said county ordinance won't allow him to accept self defense.
No. I gave them moneys they gave me permit.
But, the sheriff printing me asked if it was because of, "dark people."
