I love it! Actually, a pretty hard workout and definitely relaxing. Anyone else do it?
I really would love to do it, but between work, life, and regular working out, I just can't commit to it.
I was all by my lonesome, so no, but I will work on that. And wear really short shorts.

Which type did you do? Ashtanga? Hatha? Bikram?
Gf does it regularly. I tried it a few times but now just incorporate various positions when I stretch on my own.
I started doing it as an aid to Tai Chi but just kinda stopped keeping up with it. Like Timber I do incorporate some of the movements into my leg day stretches and before doing some martial arts training I do some yogo movement stretches as well.
I know a lot of people that absolutely love it, so it must be doing something right.
i can understand doing yoga for relaxation, but not for getting in shape
When I've done yoga regularly, I didn't notice any physical benefits. I do better with a standard stretching regimen. However it is pretty darn relaxing.

I usually hurt more after yoga then lifting, you stretch in so many places you've never used before
I'm not sure. I had some points left from my credit card and I noticed an MTV Yoga, Power Yoga and Pilates dvd set, so I ordered it.
I'm freaking sooooore today. Just got back from running too so I'm nice and relaxed...

we could start a SoFL yoga crew. im really damn inflexible so itd be a nightmare, i need it though. i can also take pics very well and am highly photogenic.
That's actually not a bad idea because we could hire a teacher and the more people who come to the class the cheaper it would be.
I have done yoga once...went with my mom one time. I am really really really flexible (no pics) and the instructor was putting me in all kind of fucked up poses. I hurt so bad the next day, i felt like I got hit by a train.
Yeah, even my ribs hurt today. It felt great to stretch so much though...I'm definitely going to keep it up.
what are some good groin/hip yoga moves? seriously.
I like yoga, but dont do it much. I feel quite gay doing it but it's such a nice stretch out and I feel very limber and calm for the rest of the day afterwards

I do this pose but can touch my knees to the floor beside my head...so yes, if I was naked I could lick myself.
