did squats this morning and i think i pulled a muscle in my traps

    actually i didnt go over 185 :eek4: :greddy:

    i think i'm overtraining, trying to do endurance shit everyday (run/walk 3 miles a day, do stair climber, etc) in addition to weights.

    i felt weaker today than usual. :hs:

    I did get 2 sets of 20 rep squats out at the end, though, and still did the stair climber for 5 minutes at level 7
