Got invited to guest pose with my trainer and a friend of mine who just took the overall at the NPC Contra Costa. It's pretty sad at first but once you make the kids smile it makes it all worth it. You never really realize how good you have it until you go to a place like this and see how even the kids in the worse conditions have the biggest smiles and outlooks on life. Makes you appreciate everything you have. If you guys ever get a chance to go and volunteer even for a few hours it will be worth it. But yea I definitely wasn't the biggest one there but the kids were still having fun asking us questions and getting pictures with us, was pretty fun, and I got some butterfly's out - as there were a lot of parents there watching as well. That's all :)

They don't want the kids to drop dead as soon as your shirt comes off

Most of the kids were burn victims, some were missing limbs etc.

It's just crazy when you break up with your girlfriend or some minute shit like that and you think you have it bad. These kids are just happy to be alive, definitely changed my outlook on things.
