Some random young guy came to my gf's store with a mobile detailing flyer for the new business he just started.

Needless to say, he listed his parents house phone number as business phone number, has a hotmail account, and his website looks like a gr9 geocities personal page. And its hosted BY geocities.

So, of course, here's a quote from the flyer, "Top of the Line products. Armor All, Turtle Wax, Windex, Eagle One"

    Yeah.

So anyway, I sent him a 6 page dissertation on general business common sense, linked him to autopia, and copy pasted the sticky with all the products.

Karma should be good to me for the next few days

That said, I really need to order some EX-P and VM already.

I wouldn't have helped him at all. Not in my best interest. ;)

Good work. I did the office rounds a few weeks back at some dentists offices and such. My card is a bit more professional then that.

No, you see, you go way beyond simple 'grammatical errors'. Image the english language is a tender young cabana boy named Felipe. You are the traveling, lonely, sexually frustrated businessman named Jorge. One day you meet Felipe and begin to earn his trust. You learn a little about him, just enough to take advantage of him. Then one day you take Felipe, and in an attempt to serve your own selfish desires you rape him. You violate him. You turn Felipe's anus into a playground of blood, feces, and tears. After what you've done to Felipe, he will never been the same. He will never trust again. Never love again.

Normally I wouldn't have said anything, I just thought it was funny to have an error in the same sentence saying that you're more professional.

I said that my business card was more professional. I said nothing about myself. Big difference...

I was just imagining such an error on the business card, that's why I found it funny. :)

I stole dissertation from the Jim Rome show

I'm surprised by the lack of general intelligence by some people sometimes. I was working at a lawfirm a while back, and read a mock case (the 2 sides), prepared by our local law school, because one of the lawyers was a mock judge. I (having only a good gr12 law class) picked out 3 mistakes within their legal decisions, as well as like 20 grammar errors. The lawyer said there was much more than what I found. WTF?

Not really worth my time, but I felt like being nice. I don't really have a detailing practice on the side other than for free for family, so it doesn't really bother me.
