I was just browsing jiu jitsu shirts and theres one on here that just says, "Jiu-Jitsu Changed My Life" and has a picture of a praying mantis on there. Would you say that it did or did not do the same for you?

100% did. I was a 300lb couch potatoe/computer dork (a.k.a. A humungus) I found out there were BJJ gyms in my semi-immediate area (about 30 min away) and joined up as my b-day gift to myself.

13 months later I was over 80lbs lighter, had healthy eating habits, and most of all confidence.

    BJJ changed everything for me.

Maybe if they did some other martial art.

I got all my results from BJJ. So I credit BJJ.

Not really, BJJ just filled another void when I quit hockey :dunno: I wouldn't consider it "life changing" but it did help me get rid of a lot of bad habits (diet, etc.).
