    I miss them dearly :wtc:

    On a side note, working my calves twice a week hurts :mad:

    and i did the barbell on the back thing..hard to keep my balance, but i got it.. also did it on the smith.

    i dunno, i just wanted to see how it felt.. i did 135x12, 225x8, 275x5 and none of them felt difficult at all :dunno:

    i'm sure I could get 365 up right now pretty easily and 405 with a bit of effort, but i don't wanna be a dickhead and go and get myself hurt.

    I like using the db's cause I can lean forward more and keep my balance.

    Why would they make fun of you for that? Great for Calves, grip strength and forearms, the latter two only if you don't use straps.
