check out crossfit endurance, i do their workouts 3 times a week after regular crossfit. in the past 6-7 weeks i've got in muchhhh better shape doing both.

you do the workout like 3 hours after your regular crossfit. i normally workout in the am and do the crossfit endurance workout when i get home from work.

yeah i got to see a presentation by the founder of cf endurance at this summer's training camp. good stuff, definitely got me working on the way I run.

maybe once I get to where I can do unscaled WODs and not feel like I'm gonna die the next day I'll look at the endurance workouts

yea, the whole pose method really works. i've been to a seminar for it, has helped me not get any more shin splints/runners knee. haha good luck, you'll be doing the rx'd workouts soon but you're still gonna feel like death, i know i do lol.

is this an assumption or do you have proof?
Besides, there are obviously injuries in anything that physically demanding.
All the people i know haven't had an injury from it though.

Reason I say that is because workouts 90% of the time need to be altered or modified to fit the person who is doing the workout. Injuries happen to our bodies and sometimes we're not capable of the same things. In Vegas, I have met a lot of crossfit ppl. Lots of them don't have a proper education on body mechanics. This is important because what they often do is replicate the same workout for everyone and you will see lots of problems because workouts often need to be modified. I have seen it.. Im not saying it doesnt work for some. No need to act pussyhurt over a comment I made that is actually a true one.

so what your saying is crossfit improperly scaled and without qualified coaching and supervision = lots of injuries....

so yeah punch any workout in its spot and under those same conditions will result in injuries.

what I was obviously getting at is that it's really easy to actually do more harm than good with crossfit.
