lovely. You give me great ideas for this summer/full. The only thing that caught my eye were her pores in #6. Maybe warm it up a bit too?

Great stuff as always. Did you have a single strobe lighting most of these?

Thanks. I haven't retouched #6 yet. I need to smooth her skin a bit.

Yes, I used a single strobe in either a softbox or beauty dish for most of the shots. I added a second strobe in some of them. The first and second shots were done with just the modeling lights from the strobes. The close up's outside were all natural light as was #12.

I need to really work on my posing. I feel like that's my weakest spot.

Great stuff...I really like #1 (probably my fav) and I like #8 a lot too.

#7 and #13 are a little too hot IMO and her umbrella is distracting as it looks like it's illuminated (but of course like you said that's just natural light).

#14 looks weird for some reason...her look is in between candid/forced posed and it just looks awkward I guess.

Looking through them for the 3rd time, I really really dig #8, the lighting is spot on and her veil outstretched is great!

Nice shots but she looks way too serious...I thought weddings were suppose to be happy occasions...

She doesn't like to smile all that much. Serious girl is serious. Besides, these are bridals, not the actual wedding. They're getting married next month.

Good shots...especially the outside ones. Just not liking the selective blur that has been applied to some of them. Almost seems a bit much and distracting.

Thanks for the comments guys. I did shoot most of the "blur" photos with a 35L as well so she has her choice of sharp or tilt shift. I personally like the tilt shift look but I know it's not for everyone.

    Everything in moderation...

The T/S stuff is nice, but overdone in the series you posted. One or two would be more than enough. I'm not sure you used it to it's strength in a couple of em either, so it looks kind of weird. 4 and 14 should be replaced with the normal ones. I really like the effect in 1 and 2.

    Overall, really nice set. :bigthumb:

Love #7. She has the Mona Lisa look and her eyes really stand out!

#8 is awesome, and she looks like she is having fun in #9.

funny you should say that about #7. I reworked her mouth a bit in PS to give her that little hint of a smile.

    Thanks for the comments!

Not a big fan of the T/S look for bridal portraits, but they are great pics and if thats what she asked for then she will love them.

I couldn't tell that you had touched it, especially when I looked at #6 first, then #7. The angles were different enough that I didn't notice. That's good work!
