The D-leds get to the last light (vga detected), I even hear the beep, but nothing comes on screen. When this happens the keyboard goes dead and the cooling fans seems to go to the lowest power setting possible, I have no idea what's wrong :\

Also the Standby power LED is always on as soon as i boot the computer. I just got the mobo today from newegg. The BIOS revision is unknown since I cannot see it.

    Specs of the computer are

    Athlon 3000+ venice
    OCZ 512 pc3200 Gold VX
    DFI Ultra-D nf4
    ATI x800XL
    Raptor 74g
    Antec 550w True power II

    Things i've already tired:
    Clearing CMOS (Multiple times)
Changing RAM (from OCZ to corsair to generic) in slots
    Changing jumper settings
    Moving video card between slots

If anyone knows the answer to this thanks in advance.

this might be far-fetched. but try removing all of the cables to the switches/leds and short out the two that the power switch goes to. possible you've got something plugged in wrong and its trying to put it in sleep mode as soon as it posts.

like i said, pretty far fetched. but worth a shot.
