    Typical OTFN... A good article like this gets 43 views. Flimsy's drama queen act gets 1973 views and 127 replies.... fucking unbelieveable...

    some of those views might have been from the main forum traffic comming and looking at it. but ya, it'll get noticed eventualy.

    I get stuck out of the hole on squat...whenever I get stuck. I figured it was from not sitting back far enough.

    What flavor ON whey should I get? Should I just get the BSL or what about Costco whey?

    Threads like these fall back because they are so straight forward, there is no need to question them.

    The only replys you will get a bumps or :cool:'s so they fall behind

    I do have a problem with balance on squats and do look in the mirror. I'll try facing away from it now. And my bench gets stuck in the middle. Triceps definitely need an improvement. The bottom and top of the range I can do a lot more

    The problem with most people here is that they have weak EVERYTHING and don't really need to specialize.

    If you're weak off the floor, work on strengthening lower back and hamstrings.

    If you have trouble locking out, work on strengthening hips, glutes and upper back.
