    Alright, here's the process & products I used to detail my car:

    * Clean wheels w/ car wash solution and wheel brush
    * Clean fenderwells
    * Wash
    * Dry w/ waffle weave microfiber
    * Polish with DACP and light cutting pad; PC @ #5; buffed off by hand with microfiber cloth
    * Applied Vanilla Moose w/ light cutting pad; PC @ 4; buffed off by hand w/ microfiber cloth
    * Applied Poorboy's EX w/ finishing pad; PC @ 4; buffed off by hand w/ microfiber cloth after 30 mins of set time

    * After 24 hours, applied p21s by hand with foam applicator, buffed off with microfiber cloth

    All in all, I was impressed with the results. I just tried out my new Propel polishing pads and I love working with these. I like them more compared to the ones I got from autogeek.net. I love the smell of VM and Poorboys EX :o As per scottwax's suggestion, I skipped the Klasse AIO. I'll be picking up some optimum polish next time I buy detailing supplies :)

    Oh- my wheels are already dirty since the stock brake pads dust like mad. I have to change them soon since I hate cleaning wheels :o

    :coold: Thank you sir.

    The metallic pearl really came out once I applied the Poorboy's EX.

    Awesome Z. I really love the Daytona Blue. I know exactly what you are going through with the stock pads and dust. I switched mine out to Hawk blue pads on my 350Z. Cut down on the dust big time.

    :bigthumb: I don't know if I want to do a minimal brake upgrade (slotted rotors/pads/SS Lines) or go all out for a big brake kit :hs:

    :rofl: Took a post about a Z to get you to add to your post count! Wow Pat, I think you hold the record for lowest post total for someone here as long as you. I guess we need more 350Z threads so you will contribute, eh? :x:

    I agree about the brake dust in that pad selection can make a huge difference. BTW, how does the stopping power compare between the Hawk and stock?

    personally I have the Hawk HPS pads on my front brakes. I LOVE them. The stopping power is improved but also the braking "feel" is a lot better. The brakes have more initial "bite" instead of feeling like they are kind of squishy.

    thats my highly technical analysis :rofl:

    Hawk pads are great though. Excellent product and I'm going to buy hawk again next time.
