Hey guys. Been awhile I know but it's been hectic here. All 3 of my kids are now in school and I've been reworking my schedule to finish up at 2:30 so I can pick them up everyday.

I got a call from a bank on Friday. It was the bank's president (done his car ealier this month) asking me if I could do a full detail on a truck. It was a repo and was pretty rough. I said yep and the rest is in the pics!

    Justin - outstanding work!

    A. That does not look like the same vehicle! Wow!

    B. Seriously, that now looks like a new truck! What was the response of the bank President?

Make sure the engine is warm not hot. Grease and grime comes off easier when it's warm. Use a good degreaser. I use Purple Power from Advanced Auto full strength. Don't be shy with it either. Next I use my pressure washer with a turbo nozzle (sprayed in a rotating circle acting as a scrubber). Pressure washers use about 75% air so you're not drenching the engine. As soon as it's clean, I spray the bay down with a silicone dressing.......on top of the water. Shut the hood and crank. Let it run while you wash the exterior. The inside will also be nice and cool for you interior work!
