This is car that I just detailed this week. It is owned by Anne Rice, a well known author. It has 9k on the odometer with a price tag of 70k. Jeremy Blackwell of Speed4Sale is brokering the car for her. He has let me handle all of his detailing needs. I was honored when he asked me to do this one for him.
The paint was very scratched and had lots of deep swirls and strange circular scratches as well. He told me to take my time and I would be rewarded. I had 7+ hours invested in this one alone.

    Here's the process....

    XMT #3
(E2K Yellow Pad at #5 Setting)
2-3 Full Passes on some panels.

    XMT Glaze
(E2K Blue Pad at #5 Setting)
    2 Coats on entire car.

    Souveran Liquid Wax
    (E2K White Pad at #4)
2 Coats on entire car as well.
    Removed by hand.

    By hand.
Used an MF applicator pad and the XMT#3 and also did the waxing in this area by hand too.

Very rare to find a stock 9K mile Supra. Most are ragged out with over 40K on the clicker since F&F came out.

That was some rough damage to the paint. I'm really curious as to how somone lets the paint get that trashed?

The contrast between before and after is huge, it does not look like the same car at all, just by looking at the quality of the paint alone. That is a lot of sweat on your part, but the outcome is amazing! Great job, Justin!

hey how much does something like that cost? maybe not that nice of a job but a full "refreshing of the paint"?

    This one was 400.00.
Lot's of work. I'd charge 150.00-200.00 to just lightly polish and then wax. Remember, this one got 3 steps.....polish, glaze, and wax with multiple passes on each.

If I'm going to pay that much for a car, I'm probably just going to drop a few more grand and get a really nice paint job. But good work though.
