    I figure that since most of us are young, just starting our careers and live in relatively small apartments, this would be a good thread in which to discuss solutions for small apartment living :hsd:

    We can post examples of small spaces done well or our own examples of how we've done something cool to maximize use of a small area :cool:

    the great thing about midcentury modern furniture is that it's all been knocked off so much that you can always find a replica for literally 1/4 the price of the real reproductions.

    Examples:

    Nelson Bench. $679 @ DWR

    Also, those tiny square brown storage ottomans in that second picture can be picked up for a mere $179 a piece from Crate & Barrel :hs:

    I remember posting those. Nice, but a bit too literally Japanese for my liking. I'd feel like I was living in a dojo :o

    link? $179.99 is the cheapest I've been able to find those in brown leather :sad2:
