Was originally on orders to go to Britain for training with Royal Marines in July.

Now I'll be building a road and a fence in some podunk town in Arizona to help the Border Patrol.

    Got to watch out for:

Potential enemy includes the spectrum of
criminal activity along the United States/Mexico border, which may be directed at personnel and equipment. Potential threats include: common criminals, drug smugglers and protesters.

    I'm giddy already

Will you be authorized to carry weapons or just a radio? :eek4:

We're taking our weapons with us to help "aid" the border patrol. Briefs has indicated that we would indeed have the option of returning fire should we be fired upon.

It sounds like it would be awesome to train with the Royal Marines.

I never "trained" with them, but I went on a couple of TDYs with them around the Scotland border. They were some real nice guys. They could definitely drink me under the table, though. :mamoru:

When you only have 1 nut, it messes with the alcohol absorption
