Whenever I do flys (espesh incline) my front delts always kill me, i.e. burn like hell. Does anyone else have this problem? Could it be my form or do i just need to suck and tuck?

not focusing on the chest? Maybe the incline is too high? Maybe his shoulder blades arn't pinched together, maybe he using too much weight, maybe... Theres a lot of variables and you have to eliminate them 1 by 1. Your front delts are going to get worked regardless but you should still be hitting the chest the most.

Did some searching and realized Neo is right. Poor form. Judging from exrx.net, i'm doing some sort of db press/incline fly hybrid. Sometimes you just need someone to point out the obvious...
