Best exercises to build up side (medial) and rear delts?

I need more than just lateral raises and reverse peck-decks.... They just are not keeping up with my front delts.

    Thanks

I try to stay away from upright rows due to a shoulder injury... but I think I will start doing some face-pulls. I have not done those in years.

You guys like to go shoulder width or real wide grip on the face-pulls?

try out different grips and see which one targets them more for you. it's different leverages for everybody.

    crucifix aka the iron cross!
do that after lat. and front raises.
i think i held 25lbs for about 25-30 seconds after 3 sets of lat raises, and then 10 lbs for about a minute after that
