delt exercise with a plate

    back in HS some of the football guys showed me an exercise they did for shoulders where they would be doing some combination of lifting a plate straight up to their chest and then out horizontally, but i can't exactly remember the sequence. it was a damn good exercise though.

    can someone remind me how to do it?

    plate front raise, plate rows, plate push aways, plate halo, plate tricep ext., plate lateral raise
