Going to be reformatting a couple of comuters for friends in the upcomming days. Both are Dell's. One is a dekstop and one is laptop.

The desktop still has a recovery disk, while the laptop does not. When I install XP on them, will the built in XP drivers be good enough or am I going to have to go download a butt ton of drivers for each machine from Dell?

Also, anything else I need to know ahead of time about wiping a Dell machine?

    Thanks.

And you can always look up the service tag # on the Dell site and you can get all the drivers you need.

yes, although I recommend installing the latest chipset drivers (which dell's site won't have)
