Does anyone own one of these babies?
Im thinking of gettine one, and I checked the Dell site. If you choose "Small Business" the exact same specs cost $110 less than if I chose "home".
Anyone know why? I dont own a small business.... can Is till get stuff from the business categories, at those prices?

ALso, is it much bigger than the 640m?

Dell laptops suck... if you are looking for a good throw-away laptop, Dell might be the way to go. They are not reliable at all.

I dunno.,... my 13 year old cousin has 1. It looks like it was ran over by a truck, and it works just fine.

Those are good solid designs. Solid cases, can take a good beating.

I would highly recommend making sure to get the Core Duo.

I just got an e1405 from dell.. on it now. I absolutely love it so far. No problems as of yet.

Also, i think your laptop that you want is just a little taller than the 640m (which has a 14.1" screen, same as e1405)

go to slickdeals.net and watch for when good coupon deals arise. I got my rather decked out lappy for less thna 850shipped

I do PDNC's (pre-delievery network configuration) for all the PC's and laptops that are used at the University of New Hampshire. The most common setup we see are 6400's. In my opinion, their great. Never had an issue with any of them, always built well. Recommended.
