I was wondering about these monitors as I almost ordered them last night but no one on OT responded to my thread. There is also a $20 off coupon out there :o

that video card is going to hate it, but other than that they are very nice

i have two on my pc here at work, and my wife has one on her pc at home.

they are VERY good, I love them. Very sharp picture and I didn't notice any type of lag when playing CS:S, FEAR, Civ4, etc

I just ordered 2 of the last night... I really hope i get the samsung panel as it seems to be a lot better then the 6bit auo some people received. What did you guys get?

how to find out which panel you have:
    1) turn the monitor off
    2) press 'menu' and '+' buttons simutaneously
    3) while pressing menu and +, turn the power back on
    4) release the menu and + button
    5) enter the OSD menu and go to factory -> factory and it will display the panel information.

    I agree

I feel that the 1280x1024 is better on the 17" but on the 19 it makes everything look huge

I SO Wanna get these but here in the UK it's gonna cost $810 for two of those monitors as i'm looking to upgrade to 2x19's :wtc:

And for that price i may as well spend an extra $700 and get the 24" :o

    Fucking right rip off :wtc:

my 17" is running at that currently. Thats the only downside for me to upgrading, i'll be running the same size.
