    Needed:

    -Food processor
    -Blender
    -Organic Raw Broccoli
    -Organic Raw Beat
    -Organic Raw Wheat Grass
-Organic Apple Juice (made from apple not concentrate)

    Cut veggies into little bits,

Pour into Food processor Pulse the beats, broccoli, and wheat grass till well processed

Pour 8 - 12 OZ organic apple juice into blender, add food processed veggies. Blend, drink!

This is huge for vitamins, minerals, prolly anti-oxidants and digestion for sure.

Not to mention all the things included in this drink increase energy production. I've started drinking this in the mornin. Its a killer jump start and only takes about 3 min to prepare.

If still hungry after the drink, eat an apple with peanut butter.

I'm working on a way to put Acai into this without making it too sweet. Maybe blueberries as well to kick the anti-oxidents through the roof.

Sounds :barf:, not enough protein either. Better than McD's though.

Okay, just sounds gross to me. I eat broccoli a lot before bed with chicken, I dont think I could drink it. I do better with some oats and whey or eggs in the morning.

    Or my morning shake.

    1 cup oats
    2 scoops chocolate whey
    1 banana
    ice
    water
    spoonful of pb

Blend it all up. Tastes awesome.

I got it from a friend and said the same thing.

It's actually pretty sweet and quite tasty. (I'd you like wheat grass)

I've had beets, wheatgrass and apple juice mixed in a blender before and its actually pretty damn good. I don't know how it would taste from the broccoli but I'd imagine that the apple juice sweetens it up to the point where you don't really taste it

Drink will probably make your tongue red from all the beets though lol

The wheat Grass is the most powerfull flavor of them all. The Broccoli and Beets are pretty much tasteless in comparison.

My tongue wasn't red, Thought when i brushed my teeth i spit some purply red.

What was fuckin sweet was about 5 hours after drinking it I dropped the kids off at the pool and they were purple.

My anti-oxidant/digestion smoothie I like to make before or after class:

    Two-Three Ice Cubes
    Sambazon acai Smoothie Pack
Half a cup of Apple Juice
    Splash of Orange Juice
    Any yogurt available
Any form of Berries available (too much can make it too chunky)
    2 scoops of Oats
    A whole Banana
(acai Sorbet if I want it to be thicker, but I only add it if it's during the afternoon. Never before a class).

    ?
    Shit like a megaton
    ?
    Profit

Available at any Whole Foods in the Frozen Food section

    it's a great anti oxidant.

I actually just read an article yesterday about how it's NOT good for you. That was the first I'd heard that. Seemed like bullshit.
