WEB deleted other one, need help with part of code

    That should be in the backend and as simple as uploading an image file.

    I already have em uploaded... but i dont have em working on the quick reply, they only work on the reply and post new....

    That's how almost all forums are. Your code up top is irrelevant. If they are working they are working. I have maybe seen one forum that has the smilies integrated into the quick reply.

    I have custom smileys in my quick reply too, it's not all that hard to do. If you want the custom ones to show first you'll have to change the sort order that they are pulled from in the database or something like that. It generally pulls from first to last ...
