I just got a macbook and I was wondering if there was a way to dedicate more ram to the video card.

    Thanks

the way I understand it, the OS Allocates the ram for you I've heard the ram allocated can go as high as 128mb. the best thing to do is just max out the ram and allow the OS to do what it needs to do. Right now I'm using 788bm of ram and I have
1.23GB of ram left for any other uses i might need later. the best thing to do is just upgrade the ram to the full 2GB

I have 2gb of ram that's why I was wondering if it was possible to dedicate a bit more to the video card because I plan on installing bootcamp and XP or vista and might be nice to have more memory for vista...
