Is it a bad idea to dedicate cardio/hiit only for one day (1-2 hrs) if, say, you lift 4 days a week? (still doing 20 mins of cardio each lift day though)

You won't keep endurance adaptations under a certain number of days per week- i.e., you can't get the same results from one long session of cardio once a week as from the equivalent amount of time spread out over three days.

Lol. Well, I've no problem with doing 1-2 hours of cardio at all. I don't know about HIIT

If your cutting, go for it.

however, make sure to keep well hydrated and eat a decently large meal a few hours before doing 2 hours of HIIT (if you can actually do that) to keep energy levels up.
