should I be worried that I don't do decline bench with christophers routine? i've already added preacher curls on M, F. I do traps on W.

i do incline bench and flat bench, but no decline. pullups and dips on W, good enough?

wednesday is light squats or lunges (each leg).

if anything, the only changes i would make are all additional exercises. curls, shrugs, pulley work, cables, etc.

I quit doing decline too. Wide grip dips seem to get my lower chest. I focus on flat and incline.

anyone here remember that article from a few years ago that showed how flat bench hits the lower pecs better than decline? it's much more of a complete chest workout, i never do decline

there is some form of squatting M W F. good mornings are W. pull ups and dips are W also.

i was talking about just adding decline, but from what you guys have said I will just work on my dips instead of decline :)
