Is there any other excercise besides decline bench to workout the bottom of the chest? The gym I go to at work doesnt have a decline bench that is why I am asking.

You can do cable crossovers and focus on bringing them lower. Works great for blasting your lower chest.

i like decline, less shoulder involvement. weight dips on the other hand are very stressful on the shoulders.

Agree, I do normal dips after decline anyway as a transition exercise to triceps

Decline I'm just a little stronger than flat, but that's AFTER I do regular BB flat and Db incline. I'm sure if I started out with decline I' d be much stronger than flat.
