Deck and speaker installation for a '90 es250

Discussion in 'OT Technology' started by computerdeals, Aug 22, 2002.

  1. Ok, I have an es250 and I just bought some infinity 552i reference speakers for it (2 pairs) and a rockford fosgate cd deck.... anyway, what should I expect to pay to have all that installed? Or would it be easier to do it myself? If so, how do you take off the speaker grills and existing deck?

if you can run a set of cripmers and s screwdriver you can install it your self no problem

  3. What do the crimpers do? With a flat head screwdriver, would I be able to remove the speaker grilles? And how do remove the existing deck? Sorry, these are probably basic questions but I just got my license and dont know much about cars.

  4. alright then, what should I expect to pay for installation?

  6. they said 30 for the HU, 30 for each pair of speakers and 40 more to bypass the stock amp it has.
