    morning? night?

    is it gonna conflict with any other supplements im taking?

    Take 4 caps per day, split into 2 doses. Drop all the fucking fat burners and do some cardio and adjust your diet, you lazy bitch. Green Tea is more effective as an anti-oxidant than as a fat burner or CNS enhancer, so I hope you're not planning on dropping 5 extra pounds by introducing this into your supplement repetoir.
