    I used to do a lot of competitive cycling but mentally burned out so i decided to start going to the gym instead. I've been working out for about 1.5 years now. My main reason for getting bigger is for regional police in which i am currently applying for. I'm currently bulking to 205 and then cutting to 190. I have a lot of work to do as you can see. Anyhow heres the pics. Flamesuit on...

    yeah my legs are shit, i just started working them about 3 months ago.
    heres my routine is basically 5 by 5

    monday:chest/tris (rotate each week from bb to db for flat/incline bench )
    flat bench bb
    incline bench db
    decline bench db
    flat bench db flys
    incline bench cable cross overs
    dips for tris
    skull crushers
    cabe pull downs

    tuesday:
    squats: 12,10,10,8,5
    leg press: 15,12,10,8,
    legs raises on stomach: 12, 10, 8,
    calf raises:12 10 8

    wednesday: bicepts/forearms
    bb curls and db curls supersetted (5, 5 by 5)
    db hammer curls
    forearm curls
    wrist curls

    thursday: shoulders/back
    pull ups: 5, 4, 2, 2, 1 arg
    bent over rows (machine)
    db shoulder press
    db shrugs
    upright bb row and db deltoid raises (5,5 by 5)
    one arm db row
    dead lifts (12,10,8

    Maybe add some core work? Maybe shoulders and core as one day, and biceps and back on another. Since biceps and back go hand in hand, it might be more practical?

    move shoulders to your leg day and put your biceps on your back day
