    Looks fine to me...

The media direct feature is nice. I can't be positive it has it, but most newer Dells should. You can boot the machine into the media direct partition where you can watch movies and such without fully booting the machine into Windows.

    I'd say its overpriced...

You should be getting a T5550 or higher CPU and Vista Home Premium for that price (maybe even a discrete graphics card... all other specs seem fine).

Free printer isn't worth much, they only charge $30 for it regularly...

Yea, but you get a case and a 4gb flash drive too ;) :p

I ususally check out www.gotapex.com every couple of days. You'll find some deals there...

I agree... you can EASILY get a Core2Duo for that price... a 4GB flash drive is what... $15-20 nowadays? Case? I picked one up for my laptop for $8. Shop around some more.
