    According to my account I was charged $23.54 from zipzoomfly posted today. This is the cost of the item I discussed with you previously. I then checked my order status on zipzoomfly.com and it still showed no order had been placed. As I began typing this email UPS arrived with the item I had attempted to order. I am using it and am satisfied with it. However, the fact remains that my order status remains empty. Would you please see that the problem is corrected or provide some explanation, as I would like to do future business with your company without worry.

    I don't shop from ZipZoomFly.com. They were previously googlegear.com and they pulled similair shit to my Radeon 9700 pro.

    I got my video card from them. Luckily for me, it all worked out fine with the order, tracking, and delivery. I was pleased with the service. This is a bit disturbing though.

    i just built a comp and ordered probably 70% of my parts off zipzoomfly
    never had a problem, they were always top 3 prices on pricegrabber and they gave me free 2 day
    its kinda wierd that they didnt know you ordered something and yet shipped it to you though
    but the shipment coming through is a sign that at least the intra-zipzoomfly processing squad communications are working
    but not so much with the customer support
    might be a website problem or something

    i just ordered some stuff from them, everything went through clean and got my stuff in 2 days

    I've found ZZF as reliable as Newegg, I dunno why you had problems.

    I've been happy with most of my orders from ZipZoomFly. I ordered parts to build a computer a year or so ago and only had a problem with 1 of the 512MB RAM's. Returned it with no problem.

    Just recently though, I ordered a eVGA GeForce 6800 GT. I got lucky and got it ordered before it sold out again and it said in processing for about 2 weeks. They didn't reply back to me when I asked why, but the item did finally shipped and arrived.

    I'm sure I'll still use them, but maybe not on stuff I want right away :)

    i've gotten tons of stuff from ZZF. Overnight delivery with them because they use ups and I live in cali :big grin:

    never had any problems with um. Opposite in fact :)

    one of my friends recommended zzf
    i look at their stuff once in a while since their prices are sometimes better than newegg
    the guy that replied to me called me at work onm thurs to try to sort things out but i didnt have my order no with me so he said he will call me back on fri
    he didnt call on fri but im going to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for his call

    that's actually impressive if you think about it.

    9 / 10 online comp companys wouldn't call you or go through such lengths to sort things out.

    I've spent tons of money with them going back to when they were still Googlegear and I've always been very happy with them.

    never had a problem with them and use them a lot more now that newegg charges tax in nj
