Word, granted sounds like the tool was in condition white, but still at least if he was in condition white concealed carrying he could have just lost some money or had another chance. Now there is another stolen gun out there being used to commit crimes.

He probably wouldn't have been held up had they not seen a gun on his hip. The article didn't mention anything about taking a wallet or money.

Try walking up behind a cop with in gun grabbing distance, and see what happens.

So, you're in agreement that you're a trolling waste of bandwidth?

Glad to be of service, Captain Dick Head.

A person shouldn't carry open if they (A) are so unaware of their surroundings that they can get jumped like that, (B) don't know how to retain their weapon, or (C) don't intend to use it.

This isn't a ding against open carry, it's a ding against the dumbass in this particular scenario.

And congrat's, you are able to find "one story" - which is false - that shows some nit wit without a retention holster "got his gun stolen"

We need to be able to open carry in Texas, it's hot as fuck most of the time and you can't carry anything useful here and not stick out.

    Pocket carry what? a .25?

I've got a PF-9 and even that's not small enough to fully conceal in a jeans pocket. Jeans are about the most causal thing I can get away with for work so I really don't have any loose pants or baggy jeans.

i can pocket carry a G26 in a pocket holster pretty well.

i assume a pm9, cw9 or any of the kahrs would conceal pretty damn well in a pocket.

Comfort fit Dockers are less casual than jeans, plenty of room to tuck something under a loose polo

How are you carrying? I generally carry in cargo shorts and a t-shirt, sometimes a polo shirt.

It gets 100-115 degrees here, so I understand the dressing down for heat.
