    I've gotten more energy & pump during my workout to accomplish more volume yet, I'm so much more dead & tired in the morning. :o

    is that the same as l-arginine? I've been thinking about taking that for 1/4 the price of NO.

    it's very similar, except for the fact that it has an ester attached for improved absorption.

    Someone had a link on here that seemed to promote it, although I understand that its difficult to ever do accurate research. So all the arginine does is give you energy?


    I'm tired of searching for good research on suppliments, its all biased and full of confounding variables.

    Thats great data and all, but of course its offered by someone who is selling it. I want a real independant study by college students, not someone who gets payed if the product does what they've dumped cash into claiming.


    (don't forget that the FDA still says that smoking may cause cancer)

    Thats my problem wtih all suppliments. I can't find an impartial reporting authority, outputting accurate data.

    At least CEE has had research performed on it...at least the ester on creatine improves its solubility.
