deadlifts and opposing grip

    will using an opposing grip work your body unevenly? is it important to switch which hand is underhand and which is overhand every set?

    I switch which hand is underhand every other workout. Double overhand for first set or two.

    i do one set underhand, one set overhand

    If you use a snatch grip all the time, an overhand-underhand grip will definitely feel easy.

    i always use left - under, right - over everytime for heavy sets. and overhands following milo's form with moderate weight.

    im right handed and it feels weird using right hand - under, left hand - over. but ill try it for the moderate weights

    until now ive always been going left hand over right hand under. i tried to switch each set today but it just felt wrong, idk. i used straps for my last three sets and just did overhand grip.

    Just try reversing the grip next time (right hand over left hand under) for the entire workout.
